Park Smart
Travol had one question they wanted to answer, is there a need for our product in Seattle? The co-founders had a genuine set of core values; simple living, desire for community, mission driven tools. Their hope: to impart these values by re-inventing personal transportation by parking smart.

User Interviews - What We Did
To help answer this question we worked closely with Travol to define their design problem, bringing definition to and creating a guideline for their product solution. At the heart of Travol’s philosophy is to empower the driver. To relate to their user we surveyed and conducted interviews with Seattle urbanites.
Running lean, we gathered data on Seattle residents to identify their transportation patterns and understand what and how they use technology during transit. We wanted to understand not only how people drive and park but, also how the realities of driving and parking influenced people’s transportation decision making overall.
